Specified Program Options

These programs are for the athlete who wants to work on their limiter. A limiter is the area in the sport of Triathlon that you feel you need to work on more (i.e.  I am a good swimmer and cyclist but running is harder or I am a good cyclist and runner but I need to work on swimming).  Over all strength maybe another factor to work on as well. These programs are designed to help the athlete work on a specific area in training.

Program Options:

16 week Swimming Plan

$160.00

This plan will prepare you for any swim distance from Sprint to Ironman. An in depth approach to refining your ability to swim, boost your confidence and make the swim portion of your triathlon strong.


6 week Strength Training Plan

$60.00

6 weeks to a stronger, leaner you. Functional training is the basis of creating a successful athlete. This program offers varied workouts twice a week for any schedule. All you need is 20-30 minutes two days a week to add the final touches to any training program.

*** The cost of each program is $10.00 a week. $10.00 toward your fitness bank an investment in yourself $10.00 toward a new goal, $10.00 toward the next level in your life.
